My Word! bookshop is now closed but a new Christian bookshop is due to open soon!

The trustees of Langley Charitable Trust have decided to close the shop at the end of 2009. This decision has not been taken lightly but in context of all the current trends and changes in the market place. However Mike Buck the ex-manager of My Word is looking at other viable opportunities to continue this work. Sadly we have had to turn down the offer of a shop in Boldmere on financial grounds, but have accepted the offer of taking over the VGM Bookstore in the Swannies Shopping Centre in Erdington. It is a big undertaking and your support in prayer or finance or voluntary service would be gladly welcomed.
